At Smart Seal, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our Electric Mason Jar Vacuum Sealer Kit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy to make the process as smooth as possible.
Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The request for a refund must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt) must be provided.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at support@smartseal.com with your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for the refund, and any relevant photos if applicable.

Return Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number (RAN). Please include this RAN on the return package.

Return the Product: Ship the product back to us at the address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- Refund Issuance: If the product meets our return policy requirements, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
- Items purchased more than 30 days prior to the refund request.
- Custom or personalized products.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product or a replacement, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
